These terms govern your relationship with Premier Insulation Inc (“we”, “our”, “us”) when you request an estimate, hire us for insulation work, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text.

Estimates & Payment

Estimates:any estimate we provide is based on the information you share with us (building dimensions, scope, existing conditions, access details) and is confirmed on site before work begins. If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described, we'll discuss the change with you before proceeding.
Payment: we accept cash or check. Payment is due at completion of the job, or by mail if agreed in advance.

SMS Terms

We text customers only after they agree to receive messages from us — for example, by saying yes during a phone call. We do not send marketing texts.

What we text about: estimates, scheduling, and project follow-ups about your job with Premier Insulation Inc.
Message frequency: varies based on your project and the questions you ask us. Message and data rates may apply.
